Can I cancel my order?

We offer personalized U.S visa services tailored to each customer, including form preparation and appointment scheduling. Should you wish to cancel a transaction, you can do so within 48 hours of purchase by submitting a cancellation request via email.

Does your service fee include the Embassy visa fee?

Our service fee does not cover the Embassy visa fee. The Embassy visa fee is a mandatory payment of $185 per person, payable directly to the U.S. Embassy. This fee is separate from our service fee and is non-refundable and non-transferable, as per the U.S. Government's policy. It's important to note that even if your visa application is rejected or if you fail to attend the interview, the Embassy fee will not be refunded. Without payment of the Embassy fee, it will not be possible to schedule an interview at the U.S. Embassy or U.S. Consulate.
